It was time for my first mandatory update and when I tried installing, it did not work and now the pc refuses to boot at all. It seems to cycle through the following error messages and after each says it will restart:.
After sometimes 20 min of the cycling to "attempt repairs" and restarting I get to the options menu for troubleshooting. I have tried uninstalling the updates both of the options and it says it can't uninstall. I have tried the options to basically wipe the system and it gives an error and cue restart.
I am pretty computer illiterate so I really have no idea where to go from here so any help would be appreciated. Once it fills, the screen seems to completely ignore it and goes back to showing me an error message with a restart.
For the method 5 custom install, as mentioned, I can't get the system to boot from my USB recovery file, first when I am under the "use a device" option I don't even get the USB, only "onboard NIC IPV6 and IPV4 " if I select either of these the system seems to think about it for a second and then disregards it and reverts back to the error messages.
